Data for 'Landfall forcing reorganizes eyewall boundary-layer streaks and wave–turbulence coupling in Typhoon Hato (2017)'

Abstract

This dataset contains example model output and processed analysis files used in the study of typhoon structure and evolution. The archive includes: (1) an interpolated and preprocessed NetCDF file containing variables such as wind speed, specific humidity, virtual potential temperature, and equivalent potential temperature, (2) a CSV file containing typhoon-track results, and (3) two regional subset files for Area 1 and Area 2 used for focused analysis. These files are intended to support data processing, regional comparison, and reproducibility of the analysis workflow used in the associated study.
