Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada gipofiz gormoni bo‘lgan prolaktinning patologik darajada ortib ketishi bilan kechadigan gipерprolaktinemiya holatining reproduktiv salomatlik tizimiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri zamonaviy ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida gipерprolaktinemiyaning etiologik omillari, patofiziologik mexanizmlari, diagnostik mezonlari hamda reproduktiv tizim funksiyalariga ta’sir ko‘rsatish mexanizmlari chuqur ilmiy manbalar asosida o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, ushbu patologiyaning ayollarda ovulyatsiya buzilishi, menstrual sikl disfunksiyasi, bepushtlik va galaktoreya bilan bog‘liqligi hamda erkaklarda testosteron sekretsiyasi pasayishi, spermatogenez buzilishi va jinsiy disfunktsiyalar bilan kechishi masalalari ham keng yoritildi. Zamonaviy endokrinologiya va reproduktologiya sohasidagi ilmiy tadqiqotlar gipерprolaktinemiyani erta tashxislash va samarali davolash orqali reproduktiv salomatlikni tiklash mumkinligini ko‘rsatib bermoqda. Ushbu maqolada gipерprolaktinemiyaning diagnostik algoritmlari, laborator va instrumental tekshiruvlar hamda farmakologik davolash usullari ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan holda tahlil qilinadi.
