La pedagogía inclusiva como estrategia para la equidad educativa

Abstract

La pedagogía inclusiva ha adquirido centralidad en los debates contemporáneos sobre justicia educativa, al proponer una transformación estructural del currículo, la evaluación y la cultura institucional para garantizar participación efectiva de estudiantes con necesidades educativas diversas. El objetivo fue analizar las estrategias de pedagogía inclusiva que fortalecen la equidad educativa. Se desarrolló un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo–exploratorio y de carácter bibliográfico, sustentado en análisis documental y la aplicación de los métodos teórico, inductivo–deductivo y analítico–sintético. La evidencia examinada muestra convergencia en torno a la necesidad de planificación flexible, formación docente especializada y uso de tecnologías accesibles. El Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje emerge como eje organizador de prácticas preventivas, mientras que las dinámicas colaborativas y los apoyos diferenciados consolidan entornos académicos participativos. En conclusión, la equidad educativa exige una reconfiguración anticipatoria del diseño pedagógico que integre diversidad como principio estructural, articulando política institucional, competencia docente y evaluación contextualizada para sostener procesos inclusivos de largo alcance.
