Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonning 2030 yilgacha mo‘ljallangan taraqqiyot strategiyasi sharoitida buxgalteriya ta’limining transformatsion jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Bakalavr bosqichida akademik yuklamaning tarkibiy tuzilmasi (nazariy, amaliy va ilmiy komponentlar) tizimli yondashuv asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotda kognitiv yuklama nazariyasi, refleksiv ta’lim modeli va raqamli kompetensiyalar integratsiyasi asosida samarali o‘zlashtirish mexanizmi ishlab chiqildi. Muallif tomonidan akademik yuklamani boshqarishning adaptiv modeli taklif etilib, uning inson kapitalini rivojlantirishdagi roli asoslandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yuklamani optimallashtirish metodologiyasi buxgalteriya ta’limi sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
