
Abstract This study examines the relationship between digital skills and women's economic participation in the United Arab Emirates during the period 2020–2025. As digital transformation accelerates globally, digital competencies have become essential for economic integration and labor market participation. Using internationally comparable indicators, the study analyzes how digital capabilities influence women's engagement in economic activities within the UAE. The findings highlight the critical role of digital inclusion and skills development in enhancing women's economic empowerment in rapidly transforming digital economies.
