Abstract

Raw fastq data for 16S rRNA amplicons genereated for Gilbert et al 2026. the 16S rRNA gene was amplified using universal Illumina V3-V4 primers (Klindworth et al. 2013) and amplicons sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq (Laragen).
