Narrative account of the research lineage behind Stabilarity Research Hub — from OTG-bot (UNDP $10,000 grant, Hack Locals 2.0, 2021, Popasna pilot destroyed 2022) through Flai Analytics (Web Summit Lisbon 2023 Alpha startup), Gromus AI (TikTok prediction + music industry), ASTIN University mentorship (100+ ONPU students), to the ScanLab Tattoo Identification system and the open research platform.
