OXIRGI ZARURAT NATIJASIDA MA'MURIY JAVOBGARLIKDAN OZOD QILISH

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oxirgi zarurat tushunchasi hamda uning natijasida shaxsni ma’muriy javobgarlikdan ozod qilishning huquqiy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, oxirgi zarurat holatida sodir etilgan harakatlarning huquqiy bahosi, uning shartlari va chegaralari, shuningdek amaldagi qonunchilikdagi o‘rni ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada oxirgi zarurat shaxs, jamiyat va davlat manfaatlarini himoya qilishga qaratilgan huquqiy institut sifatida yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, mazkur holatda ma’muriy javobgarlikdan ozod qilishning huquqni qo‘llash amaliyotidagi ahamiyati va uni takomillashtirishga doir ayrim xulosa hamda takliflar bayon etilgan.
