Abstract

RapidIntel is an AI-powered public safety intelligence platform designed to help cities respond to incidents faster and more efficiently. Using Google AI Studio (Gemini) and real-time web intelligence from Bright Data, the system analyzes incoming reports, city datasets, and live signals to determine the appropriate response instantly. RapidIntel automatically triages emergency and non-emergency requests, redirects infrastructure issues to city services, identifies crime risks around vacant properties, detects weather-related surge events, and helps officers predict likely suspect escape routes. By transforming city data into actionable insights, RapidIntel ensures that the right emergency response happens instantly while reducing dispatcher overload and improving public safety operations.
