Abstract

A simplified XRD Analysis Software - A professional desktop application for analyzing X-ray diffraction data from various instruments and formats. Multi-Format Support - Reads over 20 different file formats including ASCII (.txt, .csv,); PANalytical (.rd, .xrdml), Rigaku (.dat, .uxd) and Bruker (.raw, .xrdml). Mineral Identification - Includes a comprehensive database of over 500,000 mineral patterns with 20 peaks each, allowing accurate phase identification through peak matching. Advanced Peak Detection - Automatically detects peaks using scientific algorithms with adjustable parameters for prominence, distance, and intensity thresholds. Interactive Graph Interface - Features zoomable/panable plots with cursor tracking, grid toggles, and real-time display of 2θ, d-spacing, and intensity values. Data Processing Tools - Includes smoothing (Savitzky-Golay), Kα2 removal, background subtraction, and normalization for cleaning raw diffraction data. Multi-Sheet Export - Exports analysis results to Excel with separate sheets for peak lists and mineral identification, or to CSV with UTF-8 encoding. Touch Gesture Support - Optimized for touch screens with pinch-to-zoom and pan gestures for intuitive navigation through diffraction patterns. Comprehensive Settings - Customizable wavelength selection, peak detection parameters, display options, and database paths to match user preferences. Installable - Available as professional Windows installer with file associations and registry integration.
