Abstract

Türkiye'de 1980 öncesinde verimlilik artışları ücretlere yansırken, 1980 sonrası neoliberal dönüşümle verimlilik kazanımları ücret yerine rant ve sermayeye akmış ve bu makas büyüme rejimini talep yetersizliği, borçlanma ve kırılganlıklar üzerinden istikrarsızlaştıran sistemik bir mekanizmaya dönüşmüştür.
