This preprint presents Non-Zero Structural Theory, a descriptive framework for understanding why the world does not collapse into a single, fixed, or terminal state. The theory does not assume infinity, teleology, or intrinsic value. Instead, it approaches persistence as a consequence of non-zero structural conditions that prevent complete cancellation or final convergence. This manuscript is shared as a preprint for open access and discussion. A revised version may be submitted for peer review, and changes may follow in response to academic feedback.
