MINIMAL INVAZIV QORIN OPERATSIYALARINING POSTOPERATIV ASORATLARNI KAMAYTIRISH

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada minimal invaziv qorin operatsiyalarining postoperativ asoratlarni kamaytirishdagi klinik va patofiziologik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Laparoskopik va boshqa kam travmatik usullar qo‘llanilganda operatsion jarohat hajmi kamayadi, to‘qimalar shikastlanishi minimal darajada bo‘ladi hamda yallig‘lanish mediatorlari ajralishi cheklanadi. Natijada infeksion asoratlar, ichak parezi, yopishmalar hosil bo‘lishi va og‘riq sindromi kamroq uchraydi. Shuningdek, kichik kesmalar tufayli nafas tizimi va yurak-qon tomir tizimi bilan bog‘liq asoratlar xavfi pasayadi, bemorning erta mobilizatsiyasi ta’minlanadi. Minimal invaziv yondashuv aniq gemostaz, optik nazorat va operatsion maydonni keng ko‘rish imkonini beradi. Bu esa reabilitatsiya muddatining qisqarishiga, statsionarda yotish kunlarining kamayishiga hamda bemor hayot sifatining yaxshilanishiga olib keladi.
