The Circular Theory of Ego and Awareness-Flow Dynamics of Consciousness

Abstract

THE ARCHITECTURE OF BECOMING: AN ONTOLOGICAL DISSOLUTION This paper performs an ontological dissolution of the subject-object dichotomy and the "Hard Problem" of consciousness. Identity is reframed not as a pre-existing vessel, but as a Dynamic Fixed Point—a recursive byproduct of a self-constituting process. The argument moves beyond the psychological into the energetic. Ego (Assertion/The Hunter) and Awareness (Interrogation/The Gatherer) are the positive and negative poles of a cognitive battery. This cycle is powered by Dissonance (Qi)—the inescapable friction between the internal "Map" and the external "Terrain." Qualia is not an extra ingredient; it is the "High-Fidelity Feel" of the process as it recursively encounters its own structural friction. The observer and the observed are merely different phases of a single, evolving loop. Stagnation is identified as the collapse of this loop into either Dogma (Ego-dominant refusal of signal) or Paralysis (Awareness-dominant over-labeling). The Self acts as the Jury, rendering verdicts in a private courtroom of experience, where insecurities are forged into Truth and guilts are refined into Humility. The paper concludes with a necessary moral corollary: the Paradox of the White Lie. White lies are not minor deceptions; they are massive clusters of dissonance that betray both the Other and the Self. They represent the terminal failure of the Ego to face its own "Demon of Doubt," infecting the very bonds where flow is most vital. This is not self-help. It is a blueprint for the Mechanics of Being.
