Abstract

Oshqozon osti bezi o‘smalari onkologik kasalliklar tarkibida yuqori o‘rinlardan birini egallaydi va ko‘pincha qandli diabet bilan birga kechadi. Ayniqsa 2-tip qandli diabet bilan yangi tashxis qo‘yilgan bemorlarda oshqozon osti bezi o‘smalarini erta aniqlash muhim klinik ahamiyatga ega.[1,2] Qandli diabet oshqozon osti bezi o‘smalarida [3]UTT va Kompyuter tomografiya (KT) o‘smaning Oshqozon osti bezining umumiy tuzilishini lokalizatsiyasi, o‘lchami, invaziyasi va metastazlarini aniqlashda asosiy diagnostik usullardan biri hisoblanadi.
