Abstract

Резюме. Синуситы представляют собой одну из наиболее актуальных проблем современной оториноларингологии, характеризующуюся воспалительным поражением слизистой оболочки околоносовых пазух различной этиологии и патогенеза. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, синуситы занимают второе место по частоте среди всех заболеваний верхних дыхательных путей, уступая только острым респираторным инфекциям, и диагностируются у 10-15% взрослого населения развитых стран ежегодно. Ключевые слова: синуситы, риносинуситы, эндоскопическая диагностика, функциональная эндоскопическая хирургия пазух носа, FESS, компьютерная томография, хронический риносинусит, острый синусит, полипозный риносинусит, баллонная синусопластика, интраназальные кортикостероиды, антибактериальная терапия
