This whitepaper introduces the conceptual foundations of Structural Reorganization of Development, a theoretical framework proposing that human and leadership development depends primarily on the reorganization of internal structural dynamics rather than the mere accumulation of knowledge, skills, or competencies. The document presents a systemic architecture connecting identity, cognition, and decision-making processes as the core axes of developmental coherence. Within this framework, the Circle of Delficus is introduced as a conceptual model designed to operationalize structural reorganization through a dynamic set of interconnected developmental pillars. The work also introduces the concept of Structural Leadership, defined as a leadership approach grounded in internal structural coherence rather than behavioral typologies or static classification models. The proposed framework seeks to contribute to the fields of leadership studies, organizational development, applied neuroscience, and human development by offering a new organizing matrix for understanding developmental processes in complex decision environments. This document constitutes the founding conceptual reference for the Structural Reorganization of Development framework and establishes theoretical directions for future empirical investigation, methodological applications, and interdisciplinary research.
