
Mazkur maqolada bank xizmatlari sifatini boshqarishning integratsion va adaptiv modeli ishlab chiqilganhamda uning nazariy va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda xizmat sifati boshqaruvi alohida nazorat funksiyasisifatida emas, balki strategik boshqaruv, operatsion jarayonlar, raqamli texnologiyalar va mijozlar xulq-atvori bilanuzviy integratsiyalashgan dinamik tizim sifatida talqin etiladi. Integratsion yondashuv sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini bankningbarcha funksional darajalarida birlashtirishni nazarda tutadi. Adaptiv komponent esa tashqi muhit o‘zgarishlari, raqamlitransformatsiya jarayonlari va mijoz talablaridagi siljishlarga tezkor moslashuv mexanizmini ifodalaydi. Maqolada sifatboshqaruvining strukturaviy arxitekturasi, qaror qabul qilish konturi va qayta aloqa mexanizmi asoslab berilgan. Taklifetilgan model banklar faoliyatida barqarorlik, moslashuvchanlik va mijozga yo‘naltirilganlikni kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi
