Informe Final Projecte RegeneraCat
Aquest informe presenta els resultats del projecte RegeneraCat, una iniciativa científica impulsada pel CREAF i realitzada entre 2024 i 2026 que busca comparar els impactes de les pràctiques realitzades en agricultura regenerativa amb les de l’agricultura convencional a Catalunya. S’han fet estudis de fertilitat i biodiversitat del sòl, petjada hídrica i de carboni, producció d’aliments, biodiversitat de pol·linitzadors i recursos florals, costos econòmics i densitat nutricional dels aliments. Tots aquests paràmetres s’han mesurat en 4 finques regeneratives de Catalunya, una de cada província, amb diferents tipus de cultius i en 4 finques convencionals homòlogues per poder fer la comparació.
