Capítulo 5. Los modelos de negocio asociados a la nueva movilidad eléctrica, autónoma, conectada y compartida

Abstract

La digitalización ha provocado un cambio en los modelos de negocio de la movilidad. Los servicios relacionados con los vehículos eléctricos, autónomos, la conectividad o el car-sharing están cambiando el modo de entender la movilidad. Este capítulo analiza la implementación de estos modelos de negocio para cuatro fabricantes de automóviles en España. Los resultados indican que los servicios relacionados con la conectividad como los de localización, asistencia al conductor, entretenimiento o actualización de software y las plataformas digitales son los que están más desarrollados. Sin embargo, el car-sharing o la servitización a través de los vehículos autónomos están escasamente implementados. En este contexto, los decisores públicos deben facilitar la implementación de estos modelos de negocio, facilitando las infraestructuras relacionadas con la digitalización y conectividad, y ayudando al desarrollo de las tecnologías ligadas a la automatización de vehículos.
