X-ray diffraction dataset for PDB ID 24IO RelSeq N-terminal domain from Streptococcus equisimilis in complex with pppGpp

Abstract

X-ray diffraction images collected on XtaLAB Synergy‑S diffractometer equipped with PhotonJet-S Cu microfocus X-ray source and HyPix-6000HE detector (Rigaku Oxford Diffraction, Oxford, UK) at the Center for XRD studies at St. Petersburg State University. The RelSeq crystal belongs to space group C 1 2 1 with unit cell parameters a=173.75, b=44.98, c=126.43 Å, α = 90.0°, β = 110.0°, γ = 90.0°. Data were cut at 3.2 A.The dataset consists of three runs (225 frames, 190 frames and 230 frames), acquired with oscillation angle of 0.3 degree.
