So‘nggi yillarda transport infratuzilmasini rivojlantirishda davlat budjeti mablag‘lari bilanbir qatorda xususiy sektor kapitali, boshqaruv tajribasi va innovatsion yechimlaridan foydalanish yuqori samaradorliknita’minlamoqda. DXSh loyihalari yo‘l-transport infratuzilmasini kengaytirish, logistika xizmatlari sifatini oshirish, tranzitsalohiyatni mustahkamlash hamda hududiy iqtisodiy integratsiyani jadallashtirishda muhim vosita bo‘lib xizmat qilmoqda.Maqolada xalqaro tajriba asosida DXShning moliyaviy, tashkiliy va huquqiy mexanizmlari o‘rganilib, O‘zbekistondatransport sohasida ushbu mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish istiqbollari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, DXSh orqali investitsiyalarnijalb etish iqtisodiy o‘sishni rag‘batlantirishi, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratishi va innovatsion rivojlanishni jadallashtirishi ilmiyasosda dalillangan.
