
Abstract: This paper explores the Performance of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana –Gramin in perspectives of Completed Houses in India. The Performance of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana –Gramin is need to take into consideration since inception (PMAY-G). House plays pivotal role in every human being. Every Human being has dream to be own house. House does not provide only shelter to human being, It also determine socio-economic status of human being. For this, every individuals keep dream of their own house. House of an individual provides security and stability. It comes to all family members under one umbrella. It becomes center of love and affection. To Analyze the paper, secondary data have been taken into account of last 10 years. This papers analyzed accompanied with using some statistical tools like Maximum, Minimum, Average and Standard Deviation, Co-efficient of Variation and Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) etc. The Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana ( Gramin) has played key and outstanding role in provide accessibility of permanent house to all despite having scenario like Covid 19. The Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin) has contributed very well nearly more than two times in context of providing accessibility of permanent house to all. This Journey to be continued up to before 5 trillion dollar economy of the world.
