Abstract

Abstract The state's socioeconomic development, skill redefinition, employee upskilling, and technical innovation have all benefited from the creation of employment prospects. More people with less education are able to earn a living through this chance because the hiring process for an online food delivery executive is relatively simpler. Delivering food to Indians gives them the opportunity to increase their spare income. There are benefits and drawbacks to becoming an online food delivery agent, according to earlier research. In the foreseeable future, the industry can achieve unthinkable heights if employee conditions improve and customer happiness rises. A happier workforce benefits the company. Thus, this study aims to investigate the working circumstances of these workers in Kolhapur. This study attempts to evaluate the opportunities and challenges faced by Kolhapur's online food delivery executives.
