This is the first official release of the Behavioral Maze Analyzer, a flexible, user-friendly desktop application developed for the analysis of animal behavior in common laboratory mazes. This tool provides a complete graphical workflow from video import to data export, designed to provide researchers with reliable, reproducible kinematic and behavioral results without requiring extensive programming knowledge. This software was developed during my PhD research at CNC-UC (Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology, University of Coimbra).
