
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of internal and external factors influencing the effective management of the education system. The importance of considering organizational, human resources, financial, as well as external socio-economic factors in improving management efficiency in education is revealed. In addition, the interrelation of these factors and the possibilities of improving the quality of education through their effective management are substantiated.
