
Ushbu maqolada o‘zbek xalq shoiri, dramaturg, pedagog va jamoat arbobi Hamza Hakimzoda Niyoziyning (1889–1929) shaxs sifatida shakllanish jarayoni va pedagogik qarashlari evolyutsiyasi tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda Hamzaning bolaligi, o‘smir davri, ma’rifatchilik faoliyatining boshlanishi, yangi usul maktablarini tashkil etishi hamda uning pedagogik tizimining bosqichma-bosqich rivojlanishi tarixiy-pedagogik tahlil metodlari asosida o‘rganilgan. Maqolada Hamza pedagogik qarashlari evolyutsiyasining uch asosiy bosqichi ajratib ko‘rsatilgan: an’anaviy ta’limdan norozilik va ma’rifatga intilish bosqichi, yangi usul maktablari tashkil etish va amaliy pedagogik faoliyat bosqichi hamda yetuk pedagogik tizim shakllanishi bosqichi. Tadqiqot natijalari Hamza merosining zamonaviy ta’lim islohotlari kontekstida dolzarbligi va ahamiyatini ilmiy asoslashga xizmat qiladi.
