OROLBO'YI SHAROITIDA SAKUBILTRIL VA EMPAGLIFLAZIN KOMBINATSIYASI SURANKALI YURAK YETISHMOVCHILIGIDA XAYOT SIFATI VA GEMODINAMIKA KO'RSATKICHLARIGA TA'SIRI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada 2-toifa qandli diabet fonida surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi hamda uning o‘tkir dekompensatsiyasi bilan og‘rigan, chiqarish fraksiyasi pasaygan bemorlarni davolash masalasi tahlil qilinadi. Chiqarish fraksiyasi past bo‘lgan yurak yetishmovchiligi (ChFPYY) bugungi kunda eng muhim tibbiy va ijtimoiy muammolardan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda, ayniqsa u 2-toifa diabet bilan birgalikda kechganda. 2016 yilda sakubitril/valsartan kombinatsiyasi Yuperio savdo nomi ostida ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazildi va ushbu toifadagi bemorlarda kasalxonaga yotqizilish hamda o‘lim xavfini sezilarli darajada kamaytirishi isbotlandi. Keyinchalik farmatsevtika amaliyotida ushbu kombinatsiyaning qo‘llanilishi klinik amaliyotda kengayib bordi.
