Abstract

The source code and data of paper "Combining mechanistic modelling with biobank data to assess the effect of pharmacological osteoporosis therapy in women with or without HRT".The conda enviroment (*.yml file) is available in the zip file. The Julia and Python scripts can be run independently. "Sensitivity_analysis.jl" will reproduce the results of the forward sensitivity analysis and the Fisher Information Matrix (FIM). "main.ipynb" will reproduce the results of parameter point and distribution estimation, as well as the Monte Carlo sampling results. Also, the osteoprosis treatment effect on virtual patients is available in "main.ipynb".The csv data files are only needed for the python code.
