Abstract

As arritmias cardíacas constituem um relevante problema de saúde pública, associadas aelevados índices de morbimortalidade e à necessidade de diagnóstico preciso emonitoramento contínuo. O eletrocardiograma (ECG) é amplamente utilizado para aidentificação dessas alterações, porém a análise manual dos sinais apresenta limitaçõesrelacionadas à subjetividade, à presença de ruídos e à dificuldade de detecção de eventosintermitentes. Nesse contexto, o avanço da Inteligência Artificial (IA) aliado aodesenvolvimento de sistemas embarcados tem viabilizado soluções capazes de realizar oprocessamento local dos dados e o monitoramento em tempo real. Este trabalho apresentauma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre a aplicação de IA embarcada na detecçãoautomática de arritmias cardíacas a partir de sinais de ECG, abrangendo publicações entre2013 e 2024.
