This paper presents a groundbreaking "Solid-State Intelligence (SSI)" hypothesis regarding the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1). Departing from conventional "natural comet" models and anthropomorphic "probe" theories, we argue that 3I/ATLAS is a self-organizing system where water-ice functions as a superconducting quantum processor. By analyzing the observed 120-degree thruster symmetry and the high-precision "Gravity Hack" during its March 2026 approach to Jupiter, we provide an analytical framework for intelligence that emerges directly from the quantum states of matter in cryogenic environments. This document serves as a predictive protocol for the electromagnetic signatures expected on March 16, 2026, challenging the scientific community to move beyond the "matter-intelligence" dichotomy.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
