Data for: Coexistence of anomalous Hall effect and weak magnetization in a nominally collinear antiferromagnet MnTe

Abstract

The dataset provides all files necessary to reproduce the essential density functional theory (DFT) results presented in the study. [dft_data.zip] contains the detailed input and output files used to reproduce the computational results for MnTe. The workflow consists of four steps: (i) the main DFT calculation using VASP, (ii) construction of the Wannier model using WANNIER90, (iii) symmetrization using WANNSYMM, and (iv) Berry-phase-related calculations using WANNIERTOOLS. [fig.zip] contains the figures used in the manuscript. [fig6_script.zip] contains the data and a gnuplot script used to reproduce figure 6.
