
This oublication proposes a set of recommended qualitative indicators to support evaluators with the implementation of responsible, qualitative, and holistic research assessment in recruitment and promotion practices. These indicators are not meant to be rigid metrics, but rather structured reference points for evaluators to take into account when making assessments in their recruitment processes or promotion and career development processes.
