Prediction of platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in muscle-invasive bladder cancer using a multifaceted approach

Abstract

Dataset This dataset contains gene-level RNA sequencing count matrices and associated metadata generated from bladder cancer samples analyzed in two experimental phases. The data were produced to investigate transcriptional differences in tumor samples collected during transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TUR-BT) procedures. Data Contents The repository includes: Gene-level count matrix for whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing samples (paired-end sequencing, Discovery phase-1) Gene-level count matrix for targeted RNA expression sequencing samples (single-end sequencing, Validation phase-2) Sample metadata describing sample identifiers and experimental groups All count matrices contain raw read counts and have not been normalized.
