Alice Smart System Gamma-Net v3.9.0: A Physics-Driven Electronic Lifeform

Abstract

A complete implementation of the Gamma-Net architecture: a physics-driven electronic lifeform that models cognition, emotion, pain, sleep, language emergence, and psychopathology through impedance-mismatch equations derived from coaxial transmission line theory. Core Equation All behaviour derives from the Minimum Reflection Action: A[Gamma] = integral_0^T sum_i Gamma_i^2(t) dt -> min where Gamma = (Z_load - Z_source) / (Z_load + Z_source). Pain is protocol collapse (|Gamma| -> 1.0), learning is impedance matching (|Gamma| -> 0), and emotion is the instantaneous reflection energy. v3.4.0 Highlights Paper VI: The Grand Unification -- Proves Gamma is not a model assumption but a necessary consequence of the First Law of Thermodynamics at any interface. Interface Scale Table from microtubules (25 nm) to power grids (1000 km). NHANES Empirical Validation -- 2,401 adults from NHANES 2017-2018 with ZERO fitted parameters. Endocrine AUC = 0.80 (p error -> compensate -> re-perceive Sleep physics -- NREM/REM 90-min ultradian cycles with offline memory consolidation Clinical diagnostics -- 125 disease models, 14 specialties, REST API + Streamlit dashboard Scale 286 source files, 120,500+ lines of Python 3,078 unit tests, 100% passing 85 experiments covering neuroscience phenomena 6 published papers (52 pages total) Paper Series (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18751831) Paper I -- Irreducible Dimensional Cost in Heterogeneous Impedance Networks (5 pp.) Paper II -- Twin Impedance Networks: A Unified Neural-Vascular Organ Model (10 pp.) Paper III -- The Cost of Life: Impedance Debt as the Thermodynamic Origin of Sleep and Brain Evolution (13 pp.) Paper IV -- The Lifecycle Equation: Cognition, Emotion, and Aging as Three-Force Competition (10 pp.) Paper V -- Memory, Consciousness, and Soul as Impedance Physics (6 pp.) Paper VI -- The Grand Unification: Gamma as the Universal Interface Law (8 pp.) License: Code under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Papers under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

Six companion papers published at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18751831. Paper VI breaks the circularity (L-METH-01) with NHANES empirical validation. The system operates in full closed-loop ADULT developmental stage. All behaviour emerges from impedance physics -- no statistical training.
