Abstract

Dunyoda polimerlar asosida mahalliy mineral to‘ldiruvchilar hamda antipirenlar ya’ni galogensiz qo‘shimchalar bilan to‘yintirilgan olovbardosh organik materiallarga bo‘lgan talab yildan -yilga ortib bormoqda. Chunki, yong‘in xavfsizligini sanoat tarmoqlarida xususan, kimyo va qurilish sohasida ta’minlash o‘ta dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, polimerlar tarkibida mineral to‘ldiruvchilar va antipirenlar bilan to‘ldirilganda olovbardoshlik bir necha barobar oshadi. Shu nuqtai-nazardan ham qurilish tarmog‘i uchun ushbu yo‘nalishdagi olovbardosh organik materiallarni yaratish dolzarblik kasb etadi. Ayni davrda dunyo xo‘jaligida yuqori samarali antipirenlar va olovbardosh polimer organik materiallar ishlab chiqarishni o‘z ichiga olgan yo‘nalishlari yuzasidan maqsadli ilmiy izlanishlar olib borilmoqda. Xususan, olovbardosh organik materiallardan foydalanish uchun polivinilxloriddan mahalliy mineral to‘ldiruvchilar, turli antipirenlar asosida takomillashtirilgan tarkibli kimyoviy materiallar olishga katta ahamiyat qaratilmoqda.
