The WELDIFY initiative develops a new generation of training modules in welding, circular material processing, automation, and digital-green industrial technologies. Because these fields increasingly require a combination of practical, skills-based competences and theoretical, analytical knowledge, the project adopts a dual ECTS/ECVET accreditation model. This ensures that every WELDIFY course can be recognised both within higher education and vocational education and training, enabling flexibility, mobility, and broader uptake across Europe’s learning and labour-market systems.
