
In the challenging environment of military service, personnel are frequently exposed to high-stress situations that can impact their psychological resilience and operational performance. Effective coping strategies are essential to maintain mental stability, enhance adaptability, and ensure mission success. This article explores various methods aimed at improving the effectiveness of coping strategies among military personnel. It analyzes psychological training techniques, stress management programs, peer support systems, and the integration of modern technologies such as biofeedback and mobile health applications. Special attention is given to personalized approaches that consider individual psychological profiles and situational factors. The study also reviews international practices and case studies demonstrating the successful implementation of these methods in military contexts. The findings highlight that a combination of proactive psychological preparation, continuous monitoring, and adaptive support mechanisms significantly increases the efficiency of coping strategies, ultimately contributing to better mental health and combat readiness.
