This study explores the role of digital participation in enhancing the effectiveness of E-Governance, with a focus on citizen engagement through online platforms. The research examines the evolution of E-Governance in India, emphasizing how national and state-level initiatives have transformed public service delivery and strengthened citizen-government interaction. By digitizing processes and expanding access to services, these initiatives have improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced citizen satisfaction.
