Abstract

Mazkur maqolada neyroxirurgik operatsiyalarda narkoz (anesteziya) bilan bog‘liq asoratlar, ularning patofiziologik mexanizmlari, xavf omillari va profilaktika choralarini tahlil qilish maqsad qilingan. Neyroxirurgik aralashuvlar markaziy asab tizimi bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lgani sababli anesteziologik boshqaruv yuqori aniqlik va barqarorlikni talab etadi. Miya perfuziya bosimi, intrakranial bosim, gemodinamik o‘zgarishlar va nafas tizimi ko‘rsatkichlarining nozik muvozanati buzilganda og‘ir asoratlar yuzaga kelishi mumkin. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy inhalyatsion va vena ichiga yuboriladigan anesteziklarning ta’siri, intraoperatsion monitoring tizimlari hamda intensiv terapiya yondashuvlari o‘rganildi. Maqola klinik amaliyotda xavfsizlikni oshirish va narkoz asoratlarini kamaytirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi.
