
Genomic DNA was extracted and subjected to whole-exome sequencing (WES) using the hg38 reference genome. After quality control and alignment, variants (SNPs/indels) were called and filtered. Copy number variations were analyzed using CNVkit. All variants were subsequently annotated and classified according to current clinical guidelines.
