Abstract

Annotatsiya; Mazkur maqolada fuqarolik jamiyati tushunchasining shakllanishi va rivojlanishining dastlabki bosqichlari tarixiy-falsafiy jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Qadimgi Sharq va G‘arb mutafakkirlarining — xususan, Konfusiy, Suqrot, Aflotun va Arastuning davlat, jamiyat, adolat, qonun ustuvorligi hamda erkinlikka oid qarashlari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, Sharq uyg‘onish davri allomalari Abu Nasr Forobiy, Ibn Sino, Nizomulmulk, Amir Temur va Alisher Navoiy g‘oyalarida fuqarolik jamiyatiga xos unsurlar ochib berilgan. Mualliflar adolatli va fozil jamiyat barpo etishda ma’naviyat, axloq va ma’rifatning hal qiluvchi ahamiyatini asoslab beradi hamda ushbu qarashlarning hozirgi davr fuqarolik jamiyatini rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyatini yoritadi. Kalit so‘zlar: fuqarolik jamiyati, adolatli jamiyat, ma’naviyat, ma’rifat, qonun ustuvorligi, erkinlik, Sharq va G‘arb mutafakkirlari, fozil jamiyat. Аннотация: В статье проводится историко-философский анализ становления и развития ранних представлений о гражданском обществе. Рассматриваются взгляды древневосточных и античных мыслителей, в частности Конфуция, Сократа, Платона и Аристотеля, на проблемы государства, общества, справедливости, верховенства закона и свободы. Особое внимание уделено идеям представителей восточного Возрождения — Абу Насра Фараби, Ибн Сины, Низамульмулка, Амира Темура и Алишера Навои, в трудах которых нашли отражение ключевые элементы гражданского общества. В статье обосновывается решающая роль нравственности, духовности и просвещения в построении справедливого и добродетельного общества, а также раскрывается их значение для развития современного гражданского общества. Ключевые слова:гражданское общество, справедливое общество, духовность, просвещение, верховенство закона, свобода, восточные и западные мыслители, добродетельное общество. Abstract: This article provides a historical and philosophical analysis of the early formation and development of the concept of civil society. The views of ancient Eastern and Western thinkers, including Confucius, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, on the state, society, justice, rule of law, and freedom are examined. Particular attention is paid to the ideas of scholars of the Eastern Renaissance such as Abu Nasr al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Nizam al-Mulk, Amir Temur, and Alisher Navoi, whose works reflect key elements of civil society. The authors emphasize the crucial role of morality, spirituality, and enlightenment in building a just and virtuous society and highlight the significance of these ideas for the development of modern civil society.
