Abstract

Data and analysis code accompanying: Gewirtzman et al. "Soil drying induces widespread productivity loss but unequal climate vulnerability among ecotypes of a foundational Arctic sedge" Contents Analysis scripts (R/) Full pipeline (scripts 00-14): soil moisture, phenology, canopy, gas exchange, water potential, A/Ci curves, carbon isotopes, productivity 06b_aci_refit.R: A/Ci curve refit with temperature correction sensitivity analysis Processed data (data/processed/) 8 clean CSV files with standardized column names: soil moisture, phenology, NDVI/LAI, gas exchange, water potential, A/Ci curves, A/Ci fitted parameters (both Tcorrect methods), carbon isotopes. Output (output/) Generated figures and statistical tables from all analyses.
