This paper introduces "Reconnecting Intelligence With The Soul" (RIWS) — a foundational philosophical framework proposing that the convergence of human consciousness (the soul) and applied intelligence (both human and artificial) represents the essential survival strategy for humanity in the age of artificial intelligence. The framework identifies a critical historical pattern: throughout human history, individuals who achieved profound spiritual awakening typically withdrew from active engagement with the world, while those who developed exceptional intellectual capacity often did so at the expense of inner consciousness. This paper argues that this persistent disconnection between intelligence and soul constitutes the root cause of humanity's deepening existential crisis — a crisis that will intensify as AI renders traditional cognitive labor obsolete. Drawing upon the quantum mechanical Observer Effect as an epistemological metaphor, the author proposes the "Knowledge Observer Effect" — the phenomenon whereby knowledge acquisition follows observer-dependent dynamics: the moment a seeker adopts a fixed interpretation, their "observation collapses," disconnecting intelligence from soul. The paper presents a practical methodology — the Sequential Scripture Reading Protocol (SSRP) — designed to maintain the observer state across humanity's accumulated spiritual knowledge, thereby facilitating the reconnection of intelligence with soul.
