Abstract

Annotatsiya: Maqolada O‘zbekiston va Turkiya umumiy o‘rta ta’lim tizimlarining qiyosiy tahlili keltirilgan. Tadqiqotda maktab ta’limining huquqiy-me’yoriy asoslari, tuzilmasi va majburiy ta’lim davomiyligi, o‘quv jarayonining xususiyatlari hamda ta’lim muassasalarini boshqarish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ikki davlat ta’lim tizimlarining o‘xshash va farqli jihatlari hamda ta’lim sohasida xususiy sektorning tutgan o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, turli yondashuvlarga qaramay, har ikkala mamlakat ham ta’lim sifatini oshirish va raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlashga intilmoqda. Kalit so‘zlar: maktab ta’limi, O‘zbekiston, Turkiya, qiyosiy tahlil, ta’lim tizimi, xususiy maktablar. Аннотация: В статье представлен сравнительный анализ системы школьного общего образования Узбекистана и Турции. Рассматриваются нормативно-правовые основы, структура и продолжительность школьного обучения, особенности учебного процесса и управления образовательными учреждениями. Особое внимание уделяется сходствам и различиям моделей школьного образования двух стран, а также роли и значению частного сектора в развитии системы образования. На основе проведённого анализа показано, что, несмотря на различия в организации обучения, обе страны стремятся к повышению качества образования и формированию конкурентоспособного человеческого капитала. Ключевые слова: школьное образование, Узбекистан, Турция, сравнительный анализ, система образования, частные школы. Abstract: The article presents a comparative analysis of the general secondary school education systems of Uzbekistan and Turkey. The study examines the legal framework, structure and duration of compulsory schooling, characteristics of the educational process, and governance of educational institutions. Special attention is paid to the similarities and differences between the two national education models, as well as to the role of the private sector in the development of education. The analysis shows that despite different approaches, both countries aim to improve the quality of education and develop a competitive human capital.
