This dataset contains the results of one-color microarray differential gene expression analyses performed on participants from three intervention areas/parks in Thessaloniki (Lampraki, Eptapirgio-Sykies, and Vosporou-Kordeliou). For each park, pairwise statistical comparisons (post vs pre) were conducted to identify genes significantly altered following the intervention. The included columns for each park analysis are: ACCNUM (accession number), ENTREZID (Entrez Gene ID), Symbol (gene symbol), Name (gene description), logFC (log2 fold change, post vs pre), AveExpr (average normalized expression), t (moderated t-statistic), p_value (raw p-value), adj.P.Val (multiple testing-adjusted p-value), and B (log-odds of differential expression). In addition to park-specific results, the file includes genes commonly significantly altered across the three parks.
