
Mazkur maqolada pedagogik faoliyatda ergonomikaning nazariy asoslari, uning o‘qituvchi salomatligi va ta’lim samaradorligiga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Ergonomikaning inson–muhit–faoliyat tizimidagi o‘rni, pedagog mehnatining psixofiziologik xususiyatlari hamda kasbiy zo‘riqishlarning oldini olish mexanizmlari yoritildi. To‘g‘ri tashkil etilgan ta’lim muhiti pedagoglarning kasbiy sog‘lig‘ini saqlash, ish unumdorligini oshirish va emotsional kuyish sindromining kamayishiga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi.
