scRNAseq on muscular biopsy from healthy donors or patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

Abstract

scRNA-seq data from muscular biopsies of HD (n=3) or DMD patients (n=4). Skeletal muscle samples were collected from the vastus lateralis under local anesthesia. Cells were processed using the Chromium Controller system (10x Genomics) targeting 10,000 cells per sample. 5′ gene expression. Libraries were sequenced on NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) to achieve 50,000 reads per cell on average. Raw data were processed using Cell Ranger v6.1.2 with GRCh38 reference genome.
