Abstract

O‘zbekistonda jadal islohotlar sharoitida respublika moliya tizimini muhim bo‘g‘inlaridan biri bo‘lgan tijorat banklarni samarali va barqaror faoliyat yuritishi mamlakat iqtisodiyotini yanada taraqqiy ettirish va uning pul kredit siyosatini samarali tashkil qilish zarur. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2017 yil 16 iyundagi “Tijorat banklarining moliyaviy barqarorligi va kapitallashuvi darajasini oshirishga oid qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida”gi PQ–3066 qarorida iqtisodiyotni barcha sohalarida bo‘lgani kabi tijorat banklarni boshqaruv tizimining davr talablariga mos ravishda olib borish va tijorat banklar faoliyati barqarorligini jahon standartlari talablariga to‘liq javob berishini talab etadi.
