Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aqlli shahar konsepsiyasi doirasida aqlli transport tizimi (ATT) parametrlarini ilmiy asoslash masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Transport oqimini boshqarish, tirbandlikni kamaytirish, ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash va raqamli boshqaruv mexanizmlarini joriy etish asosiy vazifa sifatida belgilangan. Tadqiqot davomida transport oqimi intensivligi, harakat tezligi, yo‘l sig‘imi, tirbandlik indeksi va ekologik ko‘rsatkichlar asosiy parametr sifatida tanlab olingan. Xalqaro tajriba misolida IBM va Siemens kompaniyalarining aqlli transport sohasidagi yechimlari tahlil qilingan.
